{"id":2871,"date":"2021-11-29T18:37:08","date_gmt":"2021-11-29T18:37:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariocubilete.com.mx\/?p=2871"},"modified":"2021-11-29T18:37:08","modified_gmt":"2021-11-29T18:37:08","slug":"propone-mc-seguro-de-retiro-para-trabajadoras-del-hogar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informacionatiempo.com\/index.php\/2021\/11\/29\/propone-mc-seguro-de-retiro-para-trabajadoras-del-hogar\/","title":{"rendered":"Propone MC seguro de retiro para trabajadoras del hogar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante el desamparo de las personas trabajadoras del hogar, la Bancada Naranja hizo un llamado a trabajar en esta propuesta para garantizarles un retiro digno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El grupo parlamentario de Movimiento Ciudadano en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados impulsa una iniciativa de reforma para que las personas trabajadoras del hogar tengan un Fondo para el Retiro, cesant\u00eda en edad avanzada y vejez, para que tengan un retiro digno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diputada Mar\u00eda Asenci\u00f3n \u00c1lvarez Sol\u00eds dijo que es necesario que a las trabajadoras del hogar se les haga un reconocimiento que hasta ahora no tienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl reconocimiento de los derechos de las personas trabajadoras del hogar es un avance que la Bancada Naranja ha impulsado desde la anterior legislatura, sin embargo, persisten impedimentos para garantizar que reciban un trato justo\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manifest\u00f3 que en M\u00e9xico m\u00e1s de dos millones de personas, casi todas mujeres, se dedican al trabajo dom\u00e9stico y son discriminadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNo se valora su trabajo. Aunque trabajan m\u00e1s duro, permanecen en la informalidad, pues solo el 1% est\u00e1n afiliadas al IMSS, al resto no se les cumplen sus derechos, ni cuentan con un retiro digno para vivir de manera tranquila\u201d, alert\u00f3 \u00c1lvarez Sol\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ello, ante el desamparo de las personas trabajadoras del hogar, la Bancada Naranja hizo un llamado a trabajar en esta propuesta para garantizarles un retiro digno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta busca reformar algunos art\u00edculos de la Ley Federal del Trabajo para crear un fideicomiso p\u00fablico, constituido por la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda, en el cual la Federaci\u00f3n aporte recursos que deber\u00e1n ser utilizados a dicho fin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ante el desamparo de las personas trabajadoras del hogar, la Bancada Naranja hizo un llamado a trabajar en esta propuesta para garantizarles un retiro digno.
